George Hutchinson III, founder and owner of HBS, was a partner, comptroller and CFO of Hutchinson Contracting Co. for over twenty years.  During this time, he developed and coordinated the financial relationships that saw Hutchinson grow from a local $1M Plumbing/HVAC contractor to a national $30M contracting company.

Hutchinson's merger with Conectiv Services, in 1998, afforded George the opportunity to bring his many years of financial knowledge and strategies to a larger audience.  By introducing his high caliber network of collaborators and consultants, he facilitated the coordination of multiple acquisitions and the subsequent activities of five regions and twenty-two companies in the Tri-State area.  George developed budgets and implemented regional financial programs designed to enhance maximum profitability.
